Citizen Action Press was founded on a single conviction: a Republic cannot survive on spectators. It requires citizens who understand how power works, who know where to stand, what to ask, and why the work matters.

Too many good Americans want to do more but don't know where to begin. They know something is wrong — in the schools, the courts, the elections, the budgets, the parties, the culture. But knowing something is wrong is not the same as knowing what to do about it.
